When editing orders in 'Sent To Fulfillment', 'Shipped' or 'Delivered' orders, here is how that works:

Scenario #1:

  • Order is in 'Sent To Fulfillment' Status

  • To Add/Edit a Source or Tag, simply click on them to quickly add.

  • No need click edit to take the Order to Draft.

  • This action will not change the Sent To Fulfillment Status in SC.


Scenario #2:

  • Order is in 'Sent To Fulfillment' Status

  • To Add/Edit anything else in the order (i.e. Fulfillment House, Ship Date or Order Status), click 'Edit' in the upper right.

  • This action will change the Sent To Fulfillment Status in SC to 'Payment Accepted'.

  • It will also change the Status in VS to 'Awaiting Fulfillment'.

  • !!!Therefore, you will need to click the 'Send to Fulfillment' link in the ShipCompliant Actions at the top of the Order!!!

  • This action will get the Order back into the Fulfillment portal within SC (along with the edits you just made).


Scenario #3:

First Step

  • Order is in 'Shipped' or 'Delivered' Status

  • To Add/Edit anything else in the order (i.e. Fulfillment House, Ship Date or Order Status), click 'Edit' in the upper right.

  • This action will change the Sent To Fullfillment Status in SC to 'Payment Accepted'.

  • It will also change the Status in VS to 'Awaiting Fulfillment'.

Second Step

  • Log into ShipCompliant and search for this Order.

  • Choose Edit.

  • Change the Status from 'Payment Accepted' to Shipped or Delivered and save.

  • The next time we reach out to SC via the API call (about every 2 hours), then the Shipped/Delivered Status will be reflected in the Order in VS.
