VineSpring uses ZenDesk to help track our reported issues. Support will create a ZenDesk ticket using your email address so that you can be notified of any progress or help answer any questions via email. You can also see your submitted tickets using the ZenDesk Dashboard so you can view all your requests in one location.
To use the ZenDesk Dashboard you will need to have a ZenDesk login. This account is created for you when support adds a new ticket on your behalf. You can navigate to https://vinespring.zendesk.com/ to start using the dashboard. Locate the link in the lower right to get your password:
Once you are logged in you can access your activity by clicking the arrow next to your name and selecting "My activities".
Once you are viewing your activities you may have the option to see not only your requests but requests in which you have been CC'd on.
