Our Onboarding team will assist with getting these items configured prior to your launch, but it's great to know how to make changes should you need to.
Go to Settings > Business
ACCOUNT PLAN: Includes basics like Company Name, phone number and other Storefront details.
PAYMENTS: Defines your banking details and where funds should be deposited. Click into each section and fill them out. You'll know you're done when all sections show as 'COMPLETE'.
USERS: Defines WHO has access to your VineSpring. Add or delete anyone who will be working in VS. All new users have full Admin privileges by default. Clients on the Professional or Flex plan have Role-Based user functionality - meaning you can define different views depending on the user. Learn more about role-based User Permissions here.
