Calendly provides easy appointment / reservation scheduling software (we call these "bookings"). When integrated with VineSpring, bookings are automatically appended as Notes to new or existing customer accounts in VineSpring. You can also collect payment for your booking by redirecting the customer to a VineSpring product page after scheduling a time.

To sign up for Calendly, go here: https://calendly.com/pages/pricing. The VineSpring integration works with either the Premium or Professional plans.

Integrating Calendly and VineSpring

Once signed in to Calendly, click the "integrations" link in the top navigation bar. You will see "Your API Key" - click "Copy Key".

In VineSpring, navigate to Settings - Connections - 3rd Party Integrations - Calendly. Paste your Calendly API key into the box and click the green checkmark in the upper right corner to save:

Your Calendly and VineSpring accounts are now connected. New bookings created in Calendly will append booking details to new or existing customer accounts in VineSpring.

Accept Payment for Bookings

It's possible to accept payment for a booking by redirecting the customer to a VineSpring product page after they complete the booking in Calendly.

To do this, first create a product in VineSpring that represents the experience / reservation (for example, a Virtual Zoom Tasting that costs $30 per person). Navigate to that product on your website and copy the URL. Paste that URL into the "Confirmation Page" section of the Calendly appointment:

Click Save & Close. Upon completing the booking in Calendly, your customer will be redirected to VineSpring to complete the purchase process. Their credit card and order details will be retained in VineSpring for east retrieval and lookup.
