Collecting updated credit card information from club members can be challenging. Follow these tips to make it easier.

It's possible to generate a link that will send your customer directly to their order. When the order is completed by the customer, their club record will be updated with any information entered, including credit card.

  1. Navigate to Orders
  2. Open an unpaid order
    NOTE: The link will only work on order with no payment history
  3. Click the down arrow in the upper right corner and select Create cart from order
  4. Copy the link provided and paste it into an email to your club member
