  • CLUB_NAME: The full name of the club.
  • FNAME: The first name of the purchaser.
  • LNAME: The last name of the purchaser.
  • EMAIL: The email address of the purchaser.
  • IS_NEW_CUSTOMER: “true” if the purchaser is a new customer.
  • PASSWORD: If the purchaser is a new customer, this is their new automatically generated password.
  • IS_GIFT: “true” if the membership is a gift to someone else.
  • DOMAIN: The domain of your e-commerce website (ex: “example.com”).
  • BILLTO: The full billing address for this membership.
  • SHIPTO: The full shipping address for this membership.
  • SITE_FULLNAME: Your site’s full name (ex: “My Winery”).
  • CUSTOMER_NOTES:  Comments entered by the club member.
  • ACCOUNT_LINK: The “auto login” link for the customer receiving the email. This link will automatically log them in, and drop them into their account area.

 

Registration, Registration-admin

  • FNAME: The first name of the newly registered customer.
  • LNAME: The last name of the newly registered customer.
  • EMAIL: The email address of the newly registered customer.
  • PASSWORD: The new, auto generated password of the newly registered customer.

  • SOURCE: The “source” of the newly registered customer (ex: “Google”, or “Ad Banner”)
  • ACCOUNT_LINK: The “auto login” link for the customer receiving the email. This link will automatically log them in, and drop them into their account area.

 

Password-reset

  • RESET_URL: The link the customer can follow to reset their password.

 

Customer-new-order, Admin-new-order

  • ORDER_ID: The unique system identifier for this order.
  • ORDERS_LINK: This link will automatically log the customer in, and send them to a list of their most recent orders.
  • ORDER_EMAIL: The email associated with this order.
  • ORDER_NUMBER: The assigned number for this order in your system.
  • ORDER_TOTAL: The total dollar amount for this order.
  • ORDER_SOURCE: The “source” of the newly generated order (ex: “Google”, or “Ad Banner”)
  • DOMAIN: The domain of your e-commerce website (ex: “example.com”).

Wish List Update

  • ORDER_NUMBER: The assigned number for this order in your system.
  • ORDERS_LINK: This link will automatically log the customer in, and send them to a list of their most recent orders.
  • ORIGINAL_TOTAL: Original total of order prior to adding wishes.
  • NEW_TOTAL: Updated total of order after adding wishes.
  • CARD_INFO: Last 4-digits of card used for order.
  • ITEM_LIST: Listing of items in order.
  • SITE_FULLNAME: Your site’s full name (ex: “My Winery”).

 

Empty, and other Custom Email Templates

  • FNAME: The first name of the newly registered customer.
  • LNAME: The last name of the newly registered customer.
  • MESSAGE: If a custom note was specified (while creating the email in the admin area), it will be assigned to this variable.
  • ORDER_NUMBER: If this email references an order (because it was initiated from an order’s detail screen), the order number will be assigned to this variable.
  • ORDER_LINK: If this email references an order (because it was initiated from an order’s detail screen), this link will take them directly to the order in their account area. NOTE: If the email is for an order, this link may be unnecessary, as a PDF receipt is also attached to the email.
